It was a gorgeous day when Shyree & Chris tied the knot in an intimate ceremony on the Big Island. We were honored to document their love and commitment to each other and celebrate the beginning of the rest of their lives together.  

This styled shoot was a collaboration of ideas. We were inspired by Upcountry Hawaii on the Big Island. Our goal was to offer brides some inspiration that is not typically associated with the Hawaiian Islands. Hawai’i has a long history in cattle ranching. It’s hard to believe my little brother-in-law is almost all grown up! Next year he’ll be off to college. So I wanted to take some photos of him doing his favorite thing – music, and document this season of growing up and becoming a great man.
