I had the privilege of photographing Michal and Anthony’s wedding day in Tuscany with Italia Celebrations last June. It was recently featured on Style Me Pretty and I am so pleased to share it with you today! Michal and Anthony chose the charming Medieval town of Il Borro, Tuscany where they could host 150 of their family and friends for a three day wedding weekend. The setting was truly ideal and it turned out to be everything they wanted and more. The mood was casual and inviting and evoked Italy in an earlier, undefined era. The Jewish ceremony was very heartfelt and the bride and groom, along with many family and friends, were overcome with emotion. The cocktail hour took place in the Italian garden of their private villa. Dinner was on the top terrace and began with a Jewish hora, one of two different versions to be played that evening. I have never seen such an enthusiastic, joyous hora that went on for 20 minutes! Dinner was served in the upper terrace of the villa where Brenda, of Italia Celebrations, made it a dream come true with ten vintage chandeliers and eight strands of fairy lights hung in the surrounding trees to define the dinner area and to make it sparkle. The whole day had such a spectacular yet intimate feel and I’m so happy to have been part of Michal & Anthony’s special day.
