This styled shoot was a collaboration of ideas. We were inspired by Upcountry Hawaii on the Big Island. Our goal was to offer brides some inspiration that is not typically associated with the Hawaiian Islands. Hawai’i has a long history in cattle ranching. Set up high on the mountain, the green rolling hills that drop into the ocean made Kahua Ranch the perfect backdrop to showcase our ideas for the unconventional Hawaiian Bride. A HUGE Thank You to my wonderful team who made this stunning shoot possible. U Poppy (Wedding Dresses). Hawaii Event Lighting (lights, furniture, and structures). Vintage and Lace Wedding Specialists (Coordinator). Bliss in Bloom (Flowers & Decor). Food For Thought (Cake and cupcakes). Elena Rosenberg (Handmade shawls and accessories). Petal & Thorn (head pieces). Sense & Sensibility (Jewelry). Katherine Elizabeth Salon (Hair). Belle De Paradis (Makeup). Little Borrowed Dress (Bridesmaid Dresses). And finally, a big Thank You to Style Me Pretty for featuring this shoot today!
